Construction work is well under way at the Memorial Gardens in Norwich. The work involves repairing the structure of the Memorial Gardens building and improving access in and around the gardens.
Because of its busy town centre location safety and security is a top priority for all parties concerned in the project. A site hoarding system was required that would withstand the test of time and protect the public from the dangers associated with any construction project of this nature.

With no need to excavate foundations hoard-it provided R G Carter with the ideal solution to challenging infrastructure such as flights of stairs, inclines and curves. As an added bonus hardly any disruption to public services occurred whilst installing hoard-it, unlike using traditional methods.
In total 170 linear metres of hoard-it has been utilised on the project, which also included vehicle gates and pedestrian doors to provide easy access to site personnel.
